Report a Crime or Emergency
Information regarding possible crimes, planned crimes, law/policy violations, and/or crime information may be submitted anonymously to the Clark University Police Department.

Clark University members who have experienced sexual violence, misconduct, or harassment can report the incident through the Title IX Office’s online form.

Report Fraud, Waste, Abuse or Another Concern
Concerns about fraud, waste, and abuse of institutional human, financial, and property resources, or other ethical or legal concerns, can be reported below.
File a Complaint with University Police
Clark police officers are sworn to protect the rights of all people. Complaints filed by citizens will be investigated in accordance with state and university guidelines.
Care Report
Faculty and staff are encouraged to complete a Care Report form when they have concerns regarding a student’s behavior, wellness, class attendance, or academic performance.
Office of Community Standards
Students can report issues to the Office of Community Standards.
Human Resources
Employees may report concerns directly to Human Resources.
Note that outside of these reporting options, anyone may submit a complaint to the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education.
